Dr. Ross Reynolds was born and raised in north central Iowa, two hours east of Rock Rapids. After graduating from high school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Wellness Management from Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa, where he was a four-year collegiate football letter winner. He then completed a five-year Doctorate of Chiropractic degree program at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
Dr. Reynolds and his team specialize in the evaluation and treatment of chronic neck and back pain, sciatica, herniated and bulging discs, and other conditions affecting the spine. His practice takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
A particular focus of the office is non-surgical spinal decompression, a specialized treatment designed to help patients suffering from chronic back pain, sciatica, and disc-related conditions. The office utilizes state-of-the-art spinal decompression technology as part of an individualized treatment program, often providing an option for patients who are looking for a non-surgical approach to persistent spinal pain.
Dr. Reynolds also has extensive experience treating acute and chronic neck and low back pain, athletes, and muscular injuries. He utilizes a variety of low-force adjusting techniques, including the McKenzie Method, Thompson Drop, and Activator, along with specialized training in spinal and extremity manual adjustments. He is certified in acupuncture therapy, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques, which can be utilized in the treatment of repetitive soft-tissue injuries such as tennis and golfer’s elbow, ankle injuries, shoulder pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Outside of the office, Dr. Reynolds enjoys spending time with his wife, Kiley, and their children, McKenzie Rae and Blake Ross. He enjoys boating during the summer, going to live theater, traveling, golfing and attending local sporting events.
